TNET is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving growth and sales by making data-informed decisions across TNET`s marketplace platforms (such as MyAuto, MyHome ets). The ideal candidate will use their ability to develop innovative strategies to achieve business objectives, while leveraging digital business experience to understand Customer Journey Maps and create actionable plans based on insights.

Your Role at TNET:

** Identify and analyze growth opportunities by examining market data and trends to uncover areas for improvement and untapped opportunities.
** Conduct competitive analysis to understand the marketplace landscape.
** Analyze Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and observe customer patterns to identify potential improvements.
** Develop and implement growth strategies that drive key metrics impacting financial performance.
** Create and execute both short- and long-term action plans to achieve growth objectives.
** Monitor performance by tracking sales displays and results, ensuring key metrics are measured and analyzed for areas of improvement and adjustments to strategy.
** Play an active role in increasing the company`s competitive advantage and ensuring affordability for customers.
** Continuously refine sales metrics measurement processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

** Expertise in performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
** Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
** Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and customer journey mapping.
** Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
** Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
