Trade Activation and Engagement Specialist / Georgia

What this position is about - Purpose:

This position exists to drive the effective execution of trade engagement programs across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, maximizing trade satisfaction through seamless project management, cross-functional collaboration, and agency oversight. An employee on this position is fully responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the offline trade activation programs, aimed to communicate, interact with the target audience across trade channels to influence brand performance and consumer choice. This includes effective preparation and implementation of such activities, control and reporting, including full documentation flow follow-up.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

** Leading the planning and implementation of the Trade programs in the market. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders through open clear communication, gaining their trust, fostering collaborative atmosphere, drive constant KPI setting approaches to drive company performance across channels
** Evaluation of gap in performance, ongoing analysis of trade programs results with the focus on concrete value that project brings. Constant field visits to check trade partners satisfaction and effectiveness of our programs. Taking post analysis actions / making offers based on facts
** Ensure most reliable and clear reporting flow accessible to all stakeholders, demonstrating proactive approach and constant communication on report feedback.
** Manage agency relationships, provide clear project briefs, monitor performance, and implement training to enhance capabilities, providing timely written feedback, taking actions in case of potential risk.
** Lead full cycle of document flow: preparation and processing of general contracts, amendments, additional agreements, invoices, acts of acceptance and other documents. Taking actions in case cycle flow process is delayed.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

** Advanced user of MS (Word, Excel, Power Point).
** Critical thinker with analytical skills.
** Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
** Fluent knowledge of English and Georgian languages (Russian would be a plus)
** Effective communication skills, readiness to work in a team
** Self-starter, fast-learner, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, results oriented and flexible person
** Strong Project Management skill: planning and executing tasks in accordance with grid and line manager guide
