Job Type: On-site (from office), from Monday including Friday 10:00 - 19:00.
Location: Chavchavadze avenue.
Key Responsibilities:
** Own the product roadmap, backlog, and feature development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
** Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
** Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
** Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and engineering teams, to deliver high-impact solutions.
** Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance customer experiences and optimize engagement.
** Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, especially in regulated gambling markets.
** Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
** Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications:
** Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven company.
** Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
** Experience with roadmap planning, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
** Ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions.
** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
** Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and user research methods.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
** Knowledge of international gambling markets, online gaming, or sports betting.
** Experience working with regulatory frameworks in the gambling industry.
** Understanding of player engagement strategies and monetization models in gaming or gambling platforms.
