Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity for the postions of Soft Administrator.
Locations: We are seeking candidates in both Tbilisi and Batumi
Number of Positions: 2
Work Schedule: Full-time
Reports to: CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)
Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Subordinate Position (s): NA
Responsibilities:
** Administer, configure and maintain the Bitrix 24 ensure smooth operation and optimal functionality;
** Coordinate the integration of the Bitrix 24 system with other tools and platforms;
** Register documentation in Bitrix 24;
** Provide technical support to Bitrix 24 users, troubleshooting issues and offer solutions;
** Train team members on Bitrix 24 best practices and system usage;
** Data quality monitoring within the Bitrix 24 system, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
** Collaborate with Bitrix 24 support company to resolve all issues or initiate new processes.
** Generate reports and dashboards for management, providing insights into sales, marketing, and customer service activities;
Skills & Qualifications:
** Higher Education, preferably in Information Technology or in a related field
** Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
** Knowledge of Bitrix 24;
** Understanding of CRM best practices and workflows;
** Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train non-technical users;
** Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
