Your Role:
** Consult Clients: Provide expert guidance on the full Bang & Olufsen product range and identify personalized solutions.
** Deliver Experiences: Offer outstanding service and create unique experiences for every customer.
** Demonstrate Excellence: Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations to showcase the brand`s quality.
** Achieve Targets: Meet personal sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
** Support Clients: Assist with order processing, delivery, setup, and user training.
** Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay ahead of technology trends.
** Ensure Premium Standards: Uphold Bang & Olufsen`s visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
** Utilize CRM: Record sales and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide insights for marketing strategies.
We`re Looking For:
** Experience in sales or customer service, especially in the premium or luxury segment.
** Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
** Passion for technology, design, and luxury experiences.
** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
** Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi
Schedule: Flexible shifts - 10:00 - 19:00, 11:00 - 20:00, 12:00 - 21:00, 13:00 - 22:00
Salary: 1250 Gel (net) + Revenue Commissions up to 5%
