We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Team Assistant to provide a range of support services. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks including administrative support, project management, research and content creation. Your tasks will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our business. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who likes to keep things organised, has a good eye for detail, enjoys working with text, videos and graphics.

Responsibilities:

** Conduct web research for various projects and collate information summaries in Word
** Proofread content using Grammarly
** Create and manage project documentation, including Gantt charts, project timelines, team responsibilities, project charters, risk registers, etc.
** Follow up with team members on task completion
** Produce short motion videos using pre-set formats on Canva
** Draft and edit emails for various purposes
** Schedule and set up meetings with various stakeholders.
** Meeting management

- Ensure timely follow-ups after important meetings.
- Prepare agenda, edit ppt files and provide other support pre and post meetings.

** Wordpress website administration - upload content, events, reviews, and other necessary edits.
** Creating engaging presentations in PowerPoint

We expect you to have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; ability to manage and monitor tasks; proactive approach to follow-ups; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com can be a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Canva is a must, we would ask you to demonstrate this in a practical task. We are looking for basic understanding of design principles; creativity and ability to produce engaging visuals, video and image.

It is important you have strong internet research skills; ability to identify credible sources; ability to synthesize and summarize research findings.

You will be working as part of a small dynamic team with many opportunities for growth. We value team spirit, collaboration, ability to adapt and be supportive. While we will support you with all necessary guidance, we don`t like to micro-manage so independence is valued, so is ability to work well under limited supervision and with excellent time management. We are looking forward to someone with ability to suggest solutions, take ownership of tasks and decisions, be proactive in clarifying anything that impacts your job.

Nice to haves:

** Familiarity with WordPress; basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus.
** Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools; understanding of social media trends and best practices; strong written communication skills.
** Familiarity with live chat platforms; excellent written communication skills; strong customer service orientation; ability to multitask and manage small volume of multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Task (after the 1st interview):

** Write 300-400 word article about the following topic;

Main things you need to know for customer journey mapping;

** List your sources
** Design 5 bullet key points infographic in Canva
