We are looking for Contact Center (Reservations) team member to assist our customers with their booking needs. The successful candidate provides booking services, including answering customers` questions, making accommodation suggestions (different hotels, room types), booking rooms and transportation, as well as promoting hotel restaurants, spa and other services and facilities to customers.
To be successful in your role, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
** Support and provide Superior service via phones, e-mails and social media for all Silk Hospitality hotels making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
** Records reservation information accurately in hotel reservation systems (Opera and Fidelio); Following up bookings in OTA extranets (Booking.com; Expedia; Agoda) by checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers` desired travel dates
** Fluent verbal and writing communication skills in Georgian and English Languages
** Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers; ability to remain calm and polite while multi-tasking multiple phone lines demonstrating an audible, friendly, professional, and well-mannered speaking voice; sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations, also providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
** Contributes to maximum occupancy of the hotel by assisting in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms
Reservation Agent Requirements:
** High school diploma
** Experience working preferably in the hospitality or travel industries
** Customer-service experience
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
** Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
** Proficient in Microsoft office
** Data entry experience
** Flexible working hours
