About the role:

As a Customer Support Specialist you will work in a young and energetic team. You`ll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

Salary: GEL 1750 gross + Bi-Annual bonus

Your daily adventures will include:

** Acquire knowledge of internal programs and what it`s used for
** Successfully support riders/drivers through multiple channels
** Create loyal fans by showing them we really care
** Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt`s customer support
** Working on issues in Georgian and English
** Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience
** Work in rotative shifts: Morning shift (9am-6pm)/Afternoon shift (12pm-9pm)/Evening shift (6pm-3am)

About you:

** You have at least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role
** Understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile
** Be always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others
** Be curious as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
** You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills
** Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
** You are passionate about new technologies and ride hailing
