Key Responsibilities:

** Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, acceptance acts, powers of attorney, letters, and other corporate agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
** Contractual Negotiations: Represent the company in negotiations related to contractual agreements, protecting its legal interests and ensuring favorable terms.
** Liaison with Administrative Bodies: Serve as the point of contact for governmental and regulatory entities, including liaising with the Public Registry and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance and efficient processing of legal matters.
** Legal Analysis and Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze updates to relevant legislation, regulations, and legal precedents to assess their impact on the company and ensure compliance.
** Internal Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to employees across various departments, addressing legal issues, risks, and compliance concerns.
** General Legal Functions: Execute various legal functions and tasks as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters.
** Development and Optimization of Legal Procedures: Develop, review, and improve the company`s legal procedures, contractual standards, and internal policies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate legal risks.

Requirements:

** Higher Legal Education: Possession of a law degree (Master`s degree preferred) from an accredited institution.
** Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the legal field, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the construction or development sector.
** Knowledge of Georgian Legislation: In-depth understanding of Georgian civil and administrative law, with the ability to apply legal principles to real-world scenarios.
** Experience with Legal Documentation in English: Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents in English, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
** Experience with Construction law will be an advantage.
** Fluency in English: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
** Proficiency in Russian (Preferred): Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage, enabling effective communication in a multi-lingual legal environment.
** Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant legal software tools.
