Title: Data Analyst
Currently FCC is looking for full-time Data Analyst for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc.
Key responsibilities:
** Collaborate with business owners to clarify their requirements for new or enhanced data processes/products.
** Translate business needs into system requirements.
** Prepare technical specifications and system documentation.
** Design the databases and data flows in Matillion and Snowflake
** Provide integration and build interfaces with internal/external solutions in Matillion
** Develop data transformation logic in Matillion and/or Snowflake
** Perform testing and support UAT
** Analyze and troubleshoot issues
** Work closely with reporting team to facilitate reports creation and maintenance.
Requirements:
** 2+ year of experience as Data/Systems Analyst
** At least 1 year of experience with Integrations using ETL tools (e.g. MS SQL Integration Services, Pentaho, AWS Glue). Experience with Matillion would be ideal
** Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
** Experience in programming (e.g. Python, R, Java Script)
** Excellent analytical skills
** Ability to learn quickly new domains and technologies
** Creative approach to problem solving
** Good communication skills
** Good teamwork and collaboration
** Good level of English speaking.
** Advanced capabilities:
** The following capabilities will be considered as an advantage comparing other candidates.
** Experience with Snowflake.
** Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda etc.)
** Experience with Power BI
** Experience with CI/CD tools (BitBucket, Jenkins, Artifactory).
** Understanding of SCRUM / AGILE methodologies.
** Bachelor or Masters` degree in Computer Science or related fields.
