The UN Global Compact Network in Georgia serves as the local representation of the UN Global Compact and is a non-profit legal entity registered in accordance with Georgian legislation.
The organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Relations to join its team for a long-term collaboration.
Place of employment: Tbilisi
Working hours: full time
Term of employment: 1 year, with the possibility of extension (with a 3-month trial period)
Job Description:
** Developing a strategy and action plan for joining the Georgia network of the UN Global Compact and ensuring its implementation together with the business relations team;
** Developing a value proposition tailored to the needs of enterprises based in the regions and promoting the integration of companies into the Global Compact Network of Georgia;
** Developing value propositions tailored to the needs of large, medium, and small companies;
** Fostering the loyalty and satisfaction of members of the Global Compact Network of Georgia, working to increase their involvement and activation in network activities;
** Ensuring the involvement of Georgian businesses in regional and international events of the UN Global Compact;
** Promoting multi-sector initiatives with business involvement. Supporting stakeholders in the process of developing project proposals;
** Maintaining close communication and cooperation with the organization`s headquarters to increase the number of participants;
** Managing and regularly updating the network membership base in the Salesforce platform;
** As necessary, using the Pardot platform to identify potential members and engage them in the platform;
** Involvement in organizing various activities and events of the UN Global Compact Georgia Network;
** Planning and implementing a communications strategy for private sector relations in collaboration with the Strategic Communications Manager;
** Involvement in the fundraising process of the organization if necessary;
** Involvement in other projects or administrative activities of the organization, if necessary.
Qualification requirements:
** Education: Higher education (in business management, marketing or related field);
** Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a managerial position, work experience in the private sector and/or cooperation with the private sector. Experience in project and team management is required;
** Languages: Proficiency in both Georgian and English is required.
** Additional Requirements: It is desirable for the candidate to have knowledge of corporate sustainability standards. It is desirable for the candidate to have experience working in the direction of corporate sales.
