General Requirements:
** Inspires and leads the team through effective leadership, coaching, mentoring, and skill development.
** Provides support to the Executive Chef on a daily basis, assisting with various tasks and projects.
** Manages all aspects of kitchen and stewarding operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functions.
** Demonstrates proficiency in MS and inventory management programs to streamline operations.
** Manages the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling, production planning, and equipment maintenance.
** Maintains the highest standards of food quality.
** Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
** Oversees inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Skills:
** Foreign Languages: English.
** Related work experience in an International high-volume resort environment, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
** A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests
