Atlas - Development & Construction Company is announcing an opening for the position of an Architect.
Duties:
** Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings
** Preparing Masterplans
** Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
** Working around town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
** Preparing detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections
** Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
** Making on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Qualifications:
** University degree in architectal education
** At least 2 year of work experience in above listed duties.
** Knowledge of architectural and graphic programs (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Corel, Photoshop)
** Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
** Strong focus on quality
** Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
** Excellent understanding of building system
