Due to the ending of construction and the imminent opening in May 2024, we are looking for a Sales Manager who will be the part of Accor Chain hotel, located in Tbilisi, Georgia - NOVOTEL.

The property is located in the Avlabari district - the historical center of the city and is a 3-building complex with well-developed infrastructure and a relax-zone.

We are looking for a person who can manage and oversee sales management analytic functions to produce reporting that support and evaluate hotel business strategies. Work with sales and marketing teams to meet the needs of the hotel to promote in all relevant distribution mediums. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition. Display leadership qualities to engage with key hotel executives and managers and cultivate revenue management culture in the hotel.

Requirements:

** Bachelor`s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing or related field.
** Proven experience of working as a "sales manager" in the field of hospitality; Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in the process of opening a hotel and worked in international brand hotels, preferably in Accor.
** A strong network of contacts in the local and regional market, especially in the corporate and MICE segments;
** Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
** Ability to work independently as well as teamwork in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment;
** Professional knowledge of sales and CRM software, Opera cloud and Microsoft Office Suite;
** Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data and make strategic decisions;
** Detail-oriented ability, with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
** Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary;
** Fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Georgian languages; Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

** Developing the network of existing and potential clients, constantly updating the base of contact persons;
** Active work to attract corporate, group and individual segment, negotiations with parties, mediation, signing of agreements; Price agreement and control of execution of the contractual conditions signed between the parties;
** Production of the correct price policy on OTA platforms, analysis of competitors, analysis of apart-hotel evaluations;
** Researching market trends, knowing the competitor`s product, price and customer requirements in all seasons and conducting competitive activities;
** Processing, offering packages for event seekers;
** Cooperation with GDS (Global Distribution System) and reservation companies;
** Timely provision of clients` needs, protection of high service quality;
** Close cooperation with other departments, ensuring smooth delivery of guest bookings, accommodation and other services;

Main Responsibilities:

** Cooperation with the general manager for the development and implementation of plans and strategies related to sales in the process of opening the hotel;
** Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and event planning companies to generate business visitors and bookings;
** Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and target markets;
** Participating in trade exhibitions, networking events in order to promote the hotel and interest potential clients;
** Coordinate with revenue management team to define pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential;
** Preparing and presenting sales offers, contracts and presentations to potential clients;
** Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination and seamless service delivery to customers.
