What you will do:
** Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, including web and mobile applications, from inception to completion.
** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and timelines.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed quality standards.
** Conduct thorough business analysis to define clear project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
** Develop detailed project plans that outline key activities, timelines, and resources needed, incorporating insights from business analysis to guide project execution.
** Analyze project performance data to identify trends, anticipate potential issues, and propose informed adjustments to project strategies and plans.
** Onboard new team members and monitor their progress to ensure seamless integration into the project team.
** Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including crafting detailed tech specs and project deliverables.
What you should have:
** A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, specifically in managing digital product or software development projects with a strong technical foundation.
** Excellent understanding of web and mobile development processes and the ability to oversee these aspects technically.
** Experience in translating complex project requirements into actionable plans for development teams.
** Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, capable of documenting and presenting project details clearly.
** Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery.
** Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges and changes in a fast-paced environment.
** Some experience in coding will be a plus.
