Overview
We`re looking for a Digital Creative Designer to support the creation and maintenance of high-quality digital content across our web platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sense and a focus on detail, who is ready to take ownership of daily design tasks and contribute to campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
** Design and produce digital content including banners, graphics, and simple multimedia
** Maintain and update website content using CMS tools, including basic layout troubleshooting
** Assist in implementing layout fixes and ensuring visual consistency
** Collaborate with teammates and align content execution with planners and campaign needs
** Review tasks and apply feedback efficiently
** Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards
** Support operational and project-related design processes with increasing independence
Requirements:
** 2 to 4+ years of experience in web or graphic design
** Strong portfolio showcasing banner and layout work
** Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere Pro
** Familiar with front-end basics (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms such as WordPress
** Able to handle multiple design tasks with minimal supervision
** Strong eye for layout, spacing, and brand alignment
Great to Have
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or a related design field, with relevant coursework in:
- Graphic and Multimedia Design
- Graphics Animation
- Audio and Video Editing
- Multi-Platform Web and Applications Design
- Front-end Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
** Experience with 3D tools like Blender
** UI/UX design exposure or web animation projects
