Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain the technical backbone of our multi-brand, multi-location call center operations. The role involves oversight of servers, domains, Google Workspaces, VoIP, PSP integrations, and internal systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and providing timely support to global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Server Management:
** Liaise with hosting provider for ticket management, server requests, troubleshooting, and payments.
** Administer and maintain 8+ Windows Server 2022 instances and WHM servers with multiple cPanels and dedicated IPs.
** Optimize server needs/cost and specs requirments
2. Domain & DNS Management:
** Oversee ~140 domains across GoDaddy and Namecheap accounts.
** Manage DNS settings in Cloudflare, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and uptime.
3. Google Workspace Administration:
** Manage 70+ separate Google Workspace instances (primarily reseller accounts, some direct billing).
** Create, delete, and update users, groups, and accounts.
** Perform user and data migrations between accounts.
** Configure Workspace groups for CRM integrations.
4. VoIP System Support:
** Manage Romanian VoIP provider services for the administrative team in Serbia.
** Troubleshoot and coordinate with providers to resolve communication issues.
5. PSP Integrations & CRM Back Office (Skale):
** Review PSP documentation, liaise between payment service providers and Skale CRM.
** Perform PSP setup, activation/deactivation, and log monitoring for issue resolution.
** Configure and maintain FBOM (Skale back office) client links, scripts, and initial setups.
** Set up brand-specific Skale CRM emails and resolve related technical issues.
6. General IT Support:
** Manage VPN access for global teams.
** Administer Microsoft Office accounts for leadership teams.
** Provide remote IT support for teams in multiple countries (e.g., Mexico, Serbia).
Qualifications & Skills:
** Proven experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
** Strong knowledge of Windows Server, WHM/cPanel, and DNS management.
** Experience managing Google Workspace in multi-tenant environments.
** Familiarity with VoIP systems, PSP integrations, and CRM back-office tools.
** Understanding of networking, VPNs, and security best practices.
** Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
** Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
** Ability to woek understress and in off hours when requried.
Preferred:
** Previous experience in call center or multi-brand online operations.
** Knowledge of Cloudflare configurations and security features.
** Familiarity with CRM system including intigration/API.
