Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity at After Sales Manager position in Batumi, Georgia.
Work Schedule: Full-time
Working Hours: 5 Days, 40 hours in a week (with probable rotating schedule as agreed in advance)
Accountable to: CCO
Subordinates: NA
Responsibilities:
** Managing existing client databases and reporting
** Communicating with existing and potential clients
** Handling incoming client requests and preparing all necessary documents
** Managing neighborhood groups and ensuring their awareness
** Effectively managing problematic issues
** Conducting site visits: planning and managing white frame tours, making unplanned visits if necessary, inspecting and preparing renovated apartments for handover
** Planning and managing the handover process of apartments and key transfers
** Planning the registration process at the public service hall, communicating with clients, registering purchase, and transferring keys
** Participating in the final product formation: supporting designers, coordinating final design approvals with clients, and managing renovation selection/changes
** Monitoring ongoing defects in apartments and delegating their resolution
** Communicating with residents after handover if needed
** Perform other related tasks given by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or related field.
** 2+ years of experience in after-sales service, real estate, property management, or customer support;
** Experience in handling client relationships, documentation, and issue resolution;
** Understanding of construction and renovation processes to assist clients with defect resolution;
** Experience in handling contracts, legal documentation, and registration of property sales;
** Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, CRM will be plus;
** Proficiency in Georgian, English and Russian, additional language will be plus;
** Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills;
** Client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
