As we set ambitious growth targets for 2026, we are seeking a talented and innovative CRM Manager to play a crucial role in shaping and executing our customer relationship management strategy.
Role Overview: As a CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and executing our customer relationship management strategy. Leveraging tools such as Optimove and Looker, you will employ data-driven insights to create and optimize customer journeys, enhance customer retention, and drive the success of our VIP framework.
Key Responsibilities:
** Segmentation: Utilize Optimove, Looker and internal tools to manage and optimize the customer database and leverage journeys to achieve significant customer activity on the site. Implement data segmentation strategies to tailor communication and promotions based on customer behavior and preferences.
** Customer Journey Optimization: Design and implement engaging customer journeys that captivate and retain players, increasing their activity on the site. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate promotional elements into the customer experience without explicit promotions.
** VIP Program Management: Along with the VIP team, develop strategies to promote ASVLA`s VIP framework experience and ensure seamless progression through levels, as well as implementing measures to prevent customer churn, fostering loyalty among the entire player base.
** Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Optimove, Looker and other analytics tools to generate insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and overall CRM performance. Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
** Innovation and Growth: Take ownership of the CRM framework, creating and iterating strategies to support exponential growth within the company`s active player base. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in CRM.
Qualifications:
** Experience in CRM management within the online gaming or e-commerce industry.
** Proficiency in using Optimove and Looker or transferable CRM and analytics tools.
** Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
** Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including an outstanding command of English.
