Diplomat Georgia is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Reporting Specialist.
Sales Reporting Specialist role is a great opportunity to join the Trade marketing Team and work with the most famous worldwide/local brands.
Key Responsibilities:
** Prepare sales reports and analytical files for vendors
** Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses for the sales department
** Update files related to the sales department`s organizational structure
** Manage the monthly planning process - gather, consolidate, enter, and distribute information through the system
** Identify and participate in correcting system issues in QS/DG Soft
** Monitor data accuracy in SAP (clients, listings, PSKU materials)
** Collaborate with other departments by providing reports and data as needed
** Create ad-hoc reports and provide data for direct supervisor and management when required
** Analyze expired products when calculating bonuses
** Participate in sales-related projects and contribute to improving ongoing processes
** Work with DG Soft tools including: Revision, Targets, SD Bonus
Position Requirements:
** High degree in Economic, Financial or Business-related area will be considered as advantage
** Previous working experience in analyst role is an advantage
** Knowledge of English is a must
** In-depth knowledge of Excel is a must
