What We Expect:
** Communication: Excellent English and a passion for helping others solve technical issues. Ability to communicate effectively with clients via online meeting and support tickets.
** IT Support Experience: Prior experience in IT support.
** SQL Knowledge: Good experience with SQL databases.
** Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify issues and either resolve them independently or clearly communicate the problem to team members for resolution.
** Data Management: Experience with Google Sheets, and data handling.
** Writing Skills: Proficiency in writing manuals, documentation, and tutorials.
** Eagerness to Learn: Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
** Attention to Detail: High accuracy in identifying and addressing technical issues.
** Team Player: Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate when necessary.
** Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
** Proactive Attitude: A positive, "Can-Do" mindset for tackling challenge
** ETL Process: Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes is a plus.
As a Software Support Specialist, you will independently troubleshoot and resolve issues. If necessary, you will escalate to the developer team, clearly outlining the problem. You will also assist our clients while launching new software features and supervise the integration process and will have an important position between our clients and the developers.
Because many requests and issues can be directly solved on the database level, e.g. exporting requested reports, it is crucial for us and an important decision factor to have solid SQL experience.
